Great news! I have over 15 years of experience in designing for, and marketing to, consumers. I consistently work to sustain my education in the latest online marketing skills, knowledge, and techniques. During this time, we’ll review both of our preferred communication styles, coordinate schedules, chat about lending and review state mandated forms and brokerage disclosures so you’re prepared for the process to come.

Signing the Paperwork

For Sellers: we operate with a “Right to List” agreement in place outlining timelines, list prices, and included features of your home. For Buyers: Virginia requires us to review and sign a “Right to Represent” document when we’re showing homes with an intent to sell. This paperwork can be signed for one property, one day, or any time frame that covers your house hunting needs. Ask about my no-hassle cancellation policy!
